Our principal business is to provide financial advice and arrange transactions on behalf of clients in relation to life and pension products. In order for us to provide our clients with our comprehensive financial planning service, BKF Wealth Management Ltd trading as Buckley Kiely Wealth Management needs to collect personal data.

To establish a customer’s attitude to investment risk (relating to pensions and investments) BKF Wealth Management Ltd trading as Buckley Kiely Wealth Management uses automated calculators which calculate the customer’s attitude to various levels of risk having answered a series of questions following a short questionnaire.

When we seek to contact you about other services, as outlined above we run automated queries on our computerised data base to establish the suitability of proposed products or services to your needs.
Establishing affordability and providing quotations for financial services products

Your Personal Data is held on secure servers hosted by our Internet Service Provider and Client Management System. We take our responsibilities in relation to the security of your Personal Data very seriously.
